Eterna

Eterna is a BPO in Indonesia that runs business processes for US companies. Solar is most of it, then energy, engineering, finance, sports and tech. I started on retention calls in 2022 and moved through customer success, business development and the virtual office before I took operations. Now I run the floor, the hiring and the AI program.

Merdeka.AI

Merdeka.AI is the CRM SunPower's sales organization runs on, from the first lead to the day the grid switches a system on. The team builds it. I lead the product: what gets built, in what order, and how AI goes into it. Every AI feature is read only with a human in the loop, so it helps the team rather than replacing anyone.
What got built
- a nine stage project lifecycle from lead to grid activation
- a proposal tool for design, pricing, financing and e-signature
- a contact center, two way SMS and live chat inside the CRM
- self serve reports, leadership dashboards and a BI pipeline
- the move of 300+ contact center agents to Amazon Connect
- a release every two weeks

NJCP
VP of Technology · Feb 2026 to now
NJCP is a US junior college and prep football league, building a national path for players who never had one. My team at Eterna built its platform end to end, and I lead technology while we rebuild it for scale. The league has its own founder. I run the tech.

Eterna Academy is a subscription learning platform for Indonesian professionals. The idea is a straight line from a course to a certificate to a job. I set the product, the pricing and the instructor model, including a profit share that keeps the platform and its instructors on the same side.

Tynergy
Corporate Planning Manager · Aug 2024 to now
Tynergy is a clean energy group building out between the US and Indonesia. I do its corporate planning and expansion work, and I build and run its digital side. I also make the materials its partners read, and I sit in the meetings where they read them.
